Kombucha is an ancient tea-based beverage praised for its many health promotion qualities including probiotics, amino acids, and b-vitamins gained through the fermentation process
Is it Alcoholic?
While there is an extremely small amount of alcohol gained naturally through any anaerobic fermentation, we maintain a .5% or less alcohol content with our kombucha.
Does Kombucha need to be refrigerated?
Short answer, yes. Kombucha is a live product and is continuously fermenting, refrigeration severely halts the fermentation process in order to elongate the shelf life. Without refrigeration, the kombucha bottle may explode due to CO2 build up.
What is the shelf life of your Kombucha?
We have a shelf life of 3 months on all of our kombucha to ensure you are enjoying it at the peak of freshness.
What kind of Tea do you use?
All of our teas are sourced locally in Salt Lake City and are organic, depending on the flavor we use greens, blacks, or herbal blends.
How do you flavor your Kombucha?
Our kombucha is predominantly flavored with organic, locally-sourced, cold pressed juice. We take the time to juice in-house in order to ensure the freshest, most nutritious, and highest quality product possible.
